An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Regional Manager to join our successful Chartwells team to oversee 16 single site units across the Liverpool area.
You’ll develop and lead a team of enthusiastic Managers as well as 2 Area Managers within the Liverpool geographical region to provide an exceptional catering service to our clients.
You will manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to as well as driving service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements, not to mention that all important continuous improvement piece!
You will review business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets are in line with management and performance reporting. Are you the right Regional Manager to join our team and continue the success across our Education sector.

As the Regional Manager, you will be leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results. Excellent communication and presentation skills is key for this role. You will be self-motivated with a good eye for identifying opportunities for business development and sales growth.You must be able to demonstrate continuous improvements as well as where you have worked with demanding clients previously. Ideally, you will have managed multiple units and have a good understanding of how to prioritise your time.
